You can learn to meditate. When you do, you will feel calmer and more peaceful. You will also understand life better and figure out who you really are. How do you feel relaxed? You can use a monitoring spy app to keep track of your child's phone activity. This app will let you see what they are doing on their phone in real-time, without them knowing. The app is affordable and doesn't require a subscription.
