Traditional Chinese Foot soaks
Foot soaks based on Traditional Chinese Medicine is an extremely popular therapy at the Vermont Salt Cave. You will spend 15 minutes with hands and bare feet on specially heated salt stones and then soak feet for 30 minutes in heated water containing an herbal tea. We offer 4 different blends of 6 - 7 herbs specific to aiding particular health and wellness issues.

You will have your hands and bare feet on specially heated salt stones which leaves them feeling as if they have had an expensive paraffin wax treatment but without the high cost or the toxic petro-chemicals.

Infra-red Sauna/magnetic therapy
Your choice for either a 30 Minute Hot Stone/Infra-red Sauna/Magnetic Therapy Session or a 45 minute session. Lie down and relax on this special mat that has jade, amethyst and tourmaline crystals emitting negative ions. Your body is bathed in infra-red whilst magnets in the mat pulsate at the Schumann frequency of 7.8 hz. Super relaxing and great if you have sciatica or back issues.
