We now have Tashia Shover offering Reiki and Crystal healing at the Vermont Salt Cave Spa.      At a young age, Tashia developed psychic abilities which led her on a path as a young adult to explore different healing techniques and modalities.  She became passionate about Reiki.    Reiki offers stress relief, relaxation, pain relief, reduces inflammation, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and so much more.   

 

Tashia also incorporates crystals in this practice given every stone has multiple metaphysical properties. Crystals have been used for centuries to help heal the physical, emotional, and spiritual body plus help to restore the natural rhythm of the body, bestowing balance in the mind, body and soul.   As Tashia states: "My soul's mission has always guided me to practicing some form of healing modality and I cherish every moment and learning experience I have with my clients. The experiences I have had, and the lives I have impacted with my Reiki, has inspired me to grow further within the healing community. I am full of gratitude and I am honored to share my knowledge and healing with others. I look forward to meeting you all".
