What does a Far Infra-red Sauna Mat Session for Weight Loss Involve?

You lie down on our professional Far Infrared Therapy Mat in loose comfortable clothing for 30 minutes.  You will be covered by a Mylar blanket and relax listening to gentle, soothing music.

 

You control the temperature setting which should be at the highest but if you get too uncomfortable with the heat, turn it down.  When the alarm rings, please remove the blanket and get up.   Please bring a change of clothing so you can remove your sweaty clothing items.

Infrared Saunas have been around for years, but only recently have become popular in North America. The Japanese have been utilizing  Infrared Saunas for the past century and have enjoyed tremendous health benefits from them. 

 

Infrared Saunas are unlike conventional saunas which pull sweat out of the body. Far Infrared energy penetrates up to 3 inches into the body and PUSHES sweat out of the body. As the body is heated from the inside out, it forces toxins under the skin out. The temperature of a far infrared mat sauna is up to 70° Celsius (158° Fahrenheit) which is less than a typical sauna which goes up to 220F.   However, despite operating at a lower temperature, you will typically perspire far more in infrared saunas because the infrared energy penetrates your body at a much deeper level.  Fat becomes water soluble at 100F when it begins to dissolve, move through the blood and finally is removed from the body, resulting in weight loss.
